Pricing Notes
*Sequencing reactions through 3730 run - per plate
This price applies only to plates which have the correct concentration of DNA and primer (if custom) aliquoted into the wells of a 96-well PCR plate. We can dry down the whole plate and resuspend in the correct volume if your samples are too dilute to send 5ul. All other samples will be treated as “per sample”, even if sent in lots of 96.
**Sequencing reactions through 3730 run - per sample
This price applies only to samples which have the correct concentration of DNA and primer (if custom) aliquoted into 200ul strip tubes. We can dry down the samples and resuspend in the correct volume if your samples are too dilute to send 5ul. All other samples will include a 'reaction setup/handling' fee
†Sequencing reaction setup through 3730 run
This price applies to samples that do not have the correct concentration of DNA and primer, or samples that are not in 200ul strip tubes. The 'reaction setup/handling' fee will apply to any samples that are sent in 200ul individual tubes, 500ul tubes or 1.5ml tubes, to any DNA samples that we must dilute or otherwise aliquot and to any custom primers that need dilution or need to be added by us to your DNA samples.
