Granlibakken will guarantee a block of 30 rooms (mix of room types) until June 29, 2004 (1 month prior to arrival) at which time we reserve the right to release any unreserved space. Reservations received after this date will be on a space available basis.

Conference Package:

All persons must be registered at Granlibakken.  The standard package for those participants who will be housed at Granlibakken includes:

• 5 nights lodging (Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon)
• 5 full breakfasts (Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues)
• 4 lunches (Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon)
• 5 dinners (Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon)
• 2 hosted hospitality hours
• Use of meeting space, standard audio-visual equipment and recreational facilities
• 20% tax and service fee

BEDROOM UNITS & ROOMS WITHIN A TOWNHOUSE

• Double Occupancy: $806.40 (U.S.) per participant.
• Single Occupancy: $1,064.40 (U.S.) per participant.

The above 2003 rates for 2004 are based on $136.00 per person, per day, double occupancy and $179.00 per person, per day, single occupancy, plus 20% tax and service.
