This work involves using multiple profiling probes (MPPs) and distributed temperature sensing (DTS) to examine select reaches of the Truckee River between Lake Tahoe and the Glendale intakes in Reno to estimate hyporheic influence in those reaches.  The results of this study will be used with the Truckee River spill modeling project to provide field data about hyporheic storage zones in the Truckee River.
