Incidence and Prevalence of P. Hemolytica in Nevada Sheep Populations |
|
Sheep pneumonia (Pasteurella pneumonia) has been recognized for many decades as an important component of die-off in bighorn sheep and a serious health problem for domestic sheep. This study will look at how prevalent is the disease in Nevada's bighorn and domestic sheep populations and to what extent are "spill over" and "spill back" of the infectious bacteria occurring in Nevada.
